The Rack is built like a tank. Took about 4 hrs. Very sold, not a rattle. You do need to remove four bolts to operate the tiltback but I think refitting with a quick release or butterfly nuts would speed the process. Delivered to my door on Vancouver Island, BC for $1200 canadian. I think it is pretty reasonable considering the weight of the cartons.
Cheers
Are you using it on a soft top or hardtop? If on a soft top, can you put the top in sunrider mode (open half way)?

I have the soft top on at the moment. You can fold back the sunrider top it's position or for that matter tower the whole top. You need to remove four bolts and tilt the rack back. It comes with brackets that will hold the rack in the tilt back position for lowering the soft top or installing the hard top. Takes two people though. I like this rack alot. I willl upload some pics when I get a chance in the next few days.

Thanks for the info. Can you post pictures with the top halfway back? That is one of the problems with the OffRoad Logic rack.

How is the wind noise? Does the top flap up against the bottom of the rack while you are driving?
