I have the 3.5 and so does my bro. It's a great kit I did the exhaust spacers and a steering stabilizer. They are a great company to work with and talk too and I think they still give discounts to forum members just call in our order and ask. But back to the kit like the 3.5 better than 3.25 due to the fact that the components were better

Do you like the ride you currently have with the 1.25? If so keep that on there and either trim your fenders or buy a set of flats. A lot of people run a 2.5 with stock fenders and 35s so your 1.25 with flats should work just fine.
