Rugged Ridge Mirror Relocators
Well this is a bit of a crappy response.

What was he supposed to be searching for? I can understand searching AFTER you receive your product and you find there is a problem but why would he "bother to search" before hand?
I went to Quadratec's page and looked at the brackets. No where in the description does it mention this problem. They simply state they are for 2007+ Wrangler, no reason to assume there would be a problem, which there clearly is.
Sorry for the minor hi-jack but it just struck me funny. The response seemed to imply it was his own fault.

Seriously, take a minute and think about it. How many lift mfg's spell out that their lifts are incomplete and you will need to buy more components? Or that you'll get several more inches of lift than indicated? How many tire mfg's have accurate specs on tire heights? None! Most are at least an inch shorter than listed, right? It's just an opinion, but we all know there are issues with the items we buy. Doing a little research on your purchases before hand only makes sense. To me anyway. Maybe it makes more sense to you to buy things indiscriminately and then whine about it...
As far as these brackets goes, I knew of the issue when I purchased. But I liked the design better than the mopar ones which were my other option at the time. I tried the passenger side, didn't like it, and put that mirror back on the door. No big deal --- not like it's a brand new product - I knew about it going into the purchase.

I've had them all summer and I got used to it. I'm tall (6' 2") and while I don't have the seat all the way back I can still see a little more then half the passenger side mirror. The trick is to open the door and adjust the mirror so that it's almost touching the door at full open. This allowed me to see much more of it and once I got it adjusted properly it doesn't even bother me any more. You just have to pay a little more attention due to the reduced vision on that side. Hell, a ton of cars in the 80s didn't even have passenger side mirrors.
So instead of spending a few minutes researching a purchase, we get yet another "oh my god, the world is coming to an end- this has never happened to anyone but me!!" thread. A quick search will bring up a bunch of info already here. Plenty of threads with cautions and warnings and work-arounds.

Apparently, you have very low expectations of the product. That may be fine for you but don't be a dick and hijack the guys thread when he has a serious gripe.
That is all.
i have a snorkel so it hides them pretty good, but what i did was get some longer bolts, and a couple 3/4" CPVC couplings, painted them with the spray liner and put them between the relo bracket and the A pillar.

i am 6' 3" and my wife is 5' 3" and we can both see out the passenger side when the doors are off.

Your response is full of fail. Let's just say it is sh#tty of you to say the op is "whining" when what we have here is a legitimate complaint. Companies cruise these type of forums all the time and can learn much about their own products without ever having to pay someone to tell them what they think of their products.

I've gotten used to the lesser amount of usable mirror on the passenger side. Not that big of deal , just turn your head and look like your supposed to do anyway, and be aware of the vehicles around you, like your supposed to be, or just stay in the slow lane.
