Default Shaking after leveling kit??

I installed the teraflex BB leveling kit. Now every time I drive it, it has this constant shake. It gets worse at higher speeds and sometimes it gets pretty bad. Not death wobble bad, but close. I read the thread about diagnosing death wobble, but this is just a bad shake. It is still drivable, but I'm wondering what could have happened. I followed the directions exactly and everything looks great. After driving it for a few days, I jacked it back up and retightened everything, but nothing has changed. I'm going to get it aligned to see if that helps, but if anyone knows anything, that'd be great. Thanks

Sounds like you need your wheels balanced

You retorqued everything with your jeep in the air?? You're suppose to make your torques with the jeep on the ground

did you install new tires at the same time? if so, it sounds like you have a tire out of balance.

I was considering the Teraflex BB also. Is the DW a side effect?

If you didn't reset your toe measurement after adding the leveling kit, then it is out of alignment. Not sure if that would be causing this much trouble or not, but it needs to be reset.

DW is not a side effect of anything. it is typically caused from loose, worn out or failing suspension and/or steering components. so long as you install everything correctly and make sure that you components are in good shape, you will not have DW.

I have the Teraflex BB and have yet to get a death wobble. But what I do have is a thud in the rear that for the life of me cannot figure out. But Ive never heard of DW with this kit.

The Teraflex BB is not the cause of DB.
