That Bestop Power board is WAY cool! But $1000? Hmmm...that's what my daughter and gf requested but I don't know if I can un-ass the $$$ for something like that.

Rampage products on 4wd.com here's the description


The retractable rocker is designed to be used as both a step and for rocker protection. This piece includes small gas shocks that pull the rocker back up to the standard rocker guard position after being used to get into vehicle. The rocker is powder coated for a long life and finish.

they also have some olmpic reversable sliders, but not sure how they work, i belive you have to unbolt them to flip them up or down

Even with this kit she is still going to be mooning everyone when she bends over to lower the steps in a short skirt... LOL

I installed the N-Fabs, and honestly, I would rather not have any type of step, but that being said, my 4' 11" tall wife would never get into the damn Jk. I do like these steps as they are solid and work well.

I am in Shreveport just a few hours north on I-49 from Fort Polk. Let us know when you get here.
