Since you're going to take the stock fenders off anyway, you might as well try to trim them and see how they come out.... just a suggestion.

They look like they were cut out of a 55 gallon drum. If it were me, and I probably will do this, I would pick up an extra set of stock fenders and trim them to your liking. They would probably look better and abide by the law in most states. And if you don't like those, then look at aftermarket. Smittybilt makes some nice flares for the older model Jeeps, don't understand why they didn't for us, the JK.....just my .02

the problem with that... and these fenders for that part is the amber side marking lights.
i mean you could customize anything to add these but it won't be easy to stay legal

Anybody bought these yet? I want! Perfect width!

BUT I don't want to spend $400 for something that might be as thin as the JK's sheet metal. Rather save it for some good ones.

AND I'm tired of no fenders.

If these are crap, Shrockworks' better be coming soon.
