You should give the JK owner who told you about the alignment problem the web address to this forum. Maybe he'll learn something.
I have, but unfortunately, he is just not an internet person. He thinks computers are evil!

Thanks for all of the comments and info. The spring spacers are going in this weekend, so I'll post how everything went, and any changes that I have to make.

I put in 1 3/4 spacers this weekend and I think my steering wheel may be to the left, just a hair...or it might just be my imagination...

Did you get your spacers in?...did you need to recenter?

I installed 1 3/4'' spring spacers with the factory pad removed for a 1 1/2'' total. Then I installed 1 1/2'' wheel spacers which have caused ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS OR TIRE WEAR WHATSOEVER IN OVER 20,000 miles. Do it...... I had to make no adjustments whatsoever....

I know I'm a little late to this thread, but I'm curious why you felt that an alignment was necessary in the first place.

Sorry Mark, I missed this one. I took it in for an alignment because I thought I had bent my pass side axle C, and wanted to have it checked out. I posted about it here, and someone (RedneckJeep - I think) said that the toe in could cause what I was seeing, and suggested that I have it checked out first. Thankfully he was right, the toe in was way off, and the C was fine.
