Spray-in liner on your hard top interior?
$700. alittle pricey, but i didn't have the guts to do it myself. they charged me extra to do the gray color (they had to clean the lines). they wanted to charge me more because the prep work took all day! it took three days, one day for prep and one day for each color. i think i'm the only person that doesn't have a camera! i'll try to get a friend to take some pictures this week.

I know that's more than what it would have cost to do it yourself, but you got exactly what you wanted, and it was professionally done. I think I could handle $700 for that kind of a job. I can't wait to see the pics...
sorry, still no camera! i did go wheelin' last weekend and i have some pictures of the outside. i hit a rock with the hard top. rock won, but still looks good. i'll try to get pictures of the inside asap.

If I was to go back in time. I would probably do it in a different way
It's all sandy and it's starting to peel off
I may end up redoing the inside and out maybe in summer
but yea the lightning sucks inside i'll tell you that
I don't think it's better in any way but looks
it attracts heat
it blocks lighting
duplicolor holds dirt and hair (hard to clean in my opinion)

As a less expensive (although under 100 bucks for Duplicolor shouldn't break the bank) alternative, you could sand and prep and spray with spray paint for plastic. That's what I did, and with a coupon I had I think I spent 20 bucks. So far it's holding up really well, I've had the back loaded up with junk I was carting to the dump and while some of the stuff rubbed against the side it never scratched it. The biggest advantage i see for using the plastic paint is that the finish is smooth, so it's very easy to clean. The jury is still out on durability since I have yet to pull the hard top back off and reinstall it, to see how it holds up. For 20 bucks and a few hours worth of work, regardless I think it's serving its purpose.
Oh and while it's definitely darker inside with the lights off, it really isn't that bad when you turn on the interior light. Part of that might be that I used a satin finish paint and it does reflect some of the light.
