Steering Stabalizer smashed again, should I bother replacing?

Looks like you've got the lift for something taller and you should probably consider eighty-sixing those first-gen BFG MTs anyway, weak sidewalls for that kind of wheeling.

Re: Steering Stabalizer smashed again, should I bother replacing?
I have been without a SS for roughly 6 months now. The only time I can notice it's missing is if I hit a large pothole with one tire, sometimes I will feel a shimmy for a couple of feet.
I bashed mine on a rock it was bent enough that I couldn't turn wheels all the way side to side. I have a new SS in the basement but have so little need for it, it hasn't been a priority.
I even got a state inspection sticker without it.
