Toughness with respect to holding the 37s would be fine. Of course, it won't be comparable to the D44 because you'll still be limited to gearing no more than 5.13s on a D30 and even with that, the R&P will be small.
Do you think a HD drag link will solve the shaking issue? Teraflex and ORE have that product.

Not sure. I've been thinking of what might be causing this all along, and I keep going back to the fact that I never had that issue till after putting Rear UCAs on. So, I don't know.

Maybe the HD drag link will do something about it, I will make a purchase of it as soon as possible.

Let me know what you find out and if that helps any. I've checked the torque on all the components up front and I know it's not anything loose up front causing it.

Sounds kind of like bumpsteer.

Of course, I will post up the result after I install the HD drag link! Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the info! Do you mean the ball joints located on the axle attaching to the wheels?

Bracket in the rear only ? No bracket relo of any type up front ? Adj trackbar, stock pitman= good
Adj TB, drop pitman, no relocate bracket= bad
Adding a drop pitman without a trackbar bracket, adj TB or not, will put your draglink and TB outta parallel, causing bumpsteer.

He means for the front. You can't install a drop pitman arm and not do something about the other end. Can you post pics showing your current steering?

x2. Your track bar and drag link needs to be parallel (equal mounting points) if the drag link is at a lower mounting point via longer pitman arm, and the track bar is at the stock mounting locations (no axle bracket or frame bracket) then your geometry is NOT parallel which contributes to bumpsteer. Ask me how I know. To correct this, you will need to either add an axle side TB bracket raising the TB up higher or you'll need a drop bracket on the frame side mount of the TB to get the steering right.

Yes, post pics so we know for sure what your setup is.
