So IMO, even if you replace the stock drag link with an HD one, you still need to change the height of your track bar by either adding a relo bracket on the axle or extended bracket on the TB frame side. This will get your steering setup to be parallel which should address bumpsteer.
Yes, I installed an after market drop pitman arm which is for the 3"+ of lift. Teraflex has a drag link product that comes with a extended track bar bracket, please take a look.

I took some pictures showing the front steering section setup, please take a look what is wrong with that. Thanks!

See if you can take a picture of the setup from up front dead on. Angle shots can be deceiving, but what you're looking for is to make sure that the trackbar and the drag link are parallel to each other.

Cant tell for sure, but from your 2nd pic, it does look like your trackbar and drag link are not parallel. It could be just the angle of the shot, which is why a front shot is preferred.

If you installed the extended drop pitman arm, then you do not want to also install a flip kit such as the TF pictured. It's either one or the other. If you keep the extended drop pitman arm then use the stock drag link or HD after market drag link non-flip or use the TF flip kit but put the stock pitman arm back on.

From what I can tell from these pics, I would just remove the after market drop pitman arm and put the stock one back on to get your geometry correct and parallel. That might be all it takes. Also from this pic, it doesn't look like you have enough lift to run the TF flip kit. It looks like there would not be enough "up travel". As mentioned get a front shot to get a better view.

Thanks for the helps! I will try to take a photo on the front, but it maybe needs to take off the front shield under the bumper first. I have an another question, I am going to get the front axle enhanced as soon as possible, however, the enhancements will be gusset, the shielding on outside of the axle body and an enhancing axle tube inside the axle. With these enhancements, do you think what is the toughness like comparing to stock DN44, except the 5.38 gearing option?

This is the same thing that is happening to me right now but it's when I hit a bump on the left side! my lift came with new lower CA's, trackbar relocation bracket and a new drop pitman arm.

Those are good reinforcements for the D30, but getting chrome moly axle shafts are also recommended. I haven't done any upgrades to mine yet but their coming. Compared to the stock D44, the housing has the same weakness except the carrier is larger which can accept a larger Ring & Pinion which is stronger than the D30's.

Is your front axle centered? Are your alignment to spec?

ok so I just went though this with my 4door rubicon, I am running the Teraflex 4" long arm and had kinda the same mini DW when hitting a bump on the passenger side. was realling anoying kept blowing out my steering stabilizer.

the guys at tera were extremly helpfull in solving this.

your caster/camber spec must be correct, I can get you guys the correct allignment specs later was 3.15 on drivers side and 3.28 on passenger I belive.. someone on the forum suggested like 5-6 this is wrong and will tear up your tires.

make absolutly sure that your tires are in balance, if you are running 37s suggest 30-32 lbs of pressure a little out of balance will cause big issues with heavy tires. Make sure that the tire shop does a "STATIC" balance, accept nothing less!

trackbar/drag link is important to be paralell and a loose trackbar can cause this too. if in doubt retourqe the bolts, can be hard to spot just trying to move things as pressure on the suspension will be decieving.

Double check your joints for any play. I had a loose upper control arm and tire out of balance that caused this exact issue.

just run the numbers as it were and u will find the issue.

as far as bow in the rear springs, mine bow a little and never noticed any issues.
