Default Stubby versus full

I'm looking to get a new front bumper very soon and wanted to know what peoples thoughts were on a stubby versus a full width? Likes and dislikes? Pros and cons? And of course pictures!!

If I get a stubby I'm pretty set on getting the poison spyder brawler lite with stinger. Not too sure about a full width though. Help!

Thanks!!

Are you going to do more rock crawling or mudding?

If Rock crawling, stubby is the way to go. It gives you that extra clearance out front to get the tire to the rock.

I went the stubby route because I like the better approach angles the stubby offers, I do a lot of creek running/ rock crawling

I cut mine yesterday and installed the end caps. I like the look, even more so when I compare before/after pics. Personal preference

Like the others have mentioned.. Depends on what your doing with it. I prefer stubby or mid-width myself. If I owned my jeep for Ice trails mud or flatter terrain with water crossings being the major challenge were huge rocks weren't part of my challenge, then id just get a full bumper.. But I see more rocks on my journeys.

as mentioned, if you wheel your jeep on the rocks, you really want a stubby as it will allow you to have much greater approach angles.
