For the TJ, it was your choice of Detroit or ARB but I don't think they are available for the JK yet.

Until someone comes up with a hub conversion for lockouts on the d44 or d30 on the JK, I can't see running a non selectable up front on a dd, especially a detroit.
Does this kit replace the hubs? That's where the increased spline count would help the most anyway.

You don't even notice the non selectable in 2wd. I had a detroit in my TJ and never felt it unless in 4wd.

ARB rear.

You then move your rear factory locker to the front diff.

The ARB ties into the factory switches.

The guys installed Auburn Ecteds in an X front and rear. This is for the writeup. Don't know if they are a sponsor.

If they can do it with and Ected why not an Eaton e-locker? I have one that I would try for the 44, but its for the 3.92 and numerically higher gears and these things take the thick gears . . . and have the larger p bearings.

I'm pretty sure you can get an ARB for the JK D44.
