I bought one and did the download multiple times using both a Vista and a Windows 7 computer. One of the other threads on this forum said to go to https://www.superchips.com/forum/ I posted a thread saying I get error G3-F. A tech guy, Ron, replied and is working the issue. It still doesn't work but I hear it's great once it works, so I'll give Ron a chance to work out the bugs.

For Anyone who has been tuning into this thread, I recieved a call from the owner of Superchips yesterday. He assured me that he would have an engineer figuring out the problem today and if they couldn't they would ship me out a new one right away. This is very encouraging. Working day in and day out with type of technology, I realize that things go wrong. It means alot to have an owner of a company call you to make sure things will go right. Ownership and pride are whats missing from many US companies. I appreciate any company that holds true to this old school mentality.

Well got my glitch with my Flashpaq fixed. Went ahead and sent a work order last night, and a customer service rep emailed me back with his phone number. Explained I was messing with the tpms feature and tire size when I received my General Database Error ,and Code G-6F. He had me hook up the fp to my computer and rebooted it with new software. All is well now. If anyone would like his extension PM me and I will be more than happy to help you out. (Not going to throw his number all over the internet.)

I rebooted last night and updated with the revised edition that Superchips made for me. It works great! After talking with the owner of super chips that called me on his own initiative I wiould definitely order this product again. It says so much when the owner of a company is that dedicated to the satisfaction of a product that he sees to it that youre satisfied. Thanks to Superchips for your pride and ownership.

The engineers and Ron from Superchips are still working the G-3F problem my new flashpaq is having. They sent me a few updates but so far the only thing I can do with it is power it up and look up my VIN number. I still have hope it will work, though.
