I pick it up tomorrow. from the TB to the enginine side of the intake needs to be smoothed out to make sure there is not turbulence from the size difference ( ill use a die grinder to do that) as for the plastic intake side I may need an adapter or not. I do not know until I get it and can test fit it to see what I need to do.

well
I installed the supercharger today and it was nothing short of a disaster. My jeep is sitting in my best friends garage and it will start but it runs like absolute shit! We followed all directions to a T. I updated the hypertech tuner and it wont do shit. Just keeps saying turn to the on postion and hit the "Y" button. I do that and hit start and nothing happens. Just keep saying the same thing. It has asked me to enter my VIN number but it never saves it. Well that obviously sucks. I updated the tuner online and still the same issue. Now im stranded two ohours from my home and I have work on Monday. Thanks sprintex and Hypertech disaster starts today. 12hours and still nothing!

Sorry to hear this buddy. I have no experience with the hypertech, wish i could help. Was it the tuner that came with the SC?

Sounds like a vin sync issue. For some reason its not syncing to your jeep ecm.

Your installing the programmer with the ignition on right? Needs to be in the " start " position.

Maybe you have a bad tuner. You should be able to plug in the unit with the key at run but not started and be presented with several menu choices.

I believe that's the problem. Without the tuner there's no chance of driving it is there?
