I ran the 87 and it was a nice boost from stock. I switched over to the tow and run 93. I feel that it has more low end torque and better driveability. I tried to 93 tune once and man that was quick! However, it's a Jeep and it will never be as quick as most cars on the road anyways. I settled on the tow tune, since it helps me with my overall driving experience.

On the 87, I had a hard time holding speed uphill at 70mph in 6th gear. Now with the tow tune I can hold speed much better in the same spot. Sure... 93 is more expensive, but at .20 cents more a gallon it's not bad. I only pay an extra $3 to fill up 15 gallons in my 16 gallon tank.

Tell me why again you're not using the 93 tune, but your using 93 octane? Since you're already paying for the highest octane, why not use the 93 tune? Unless of course you're towing things.

I liked the tow tune, but I can't find 91 octane in many stations in N. TX, so I buy 93 octane and run the 93 tune. Night and day difference compared to stock!
