Asking what it will look like is completely useless. I'll show you a picture of a light jeep with 2.5" coils that it 3.5" of lift and a heavy jeep with the same coils that got 2.5" of lift. In fact, I can find a pic of a 2 door with 2.5" coils that got over 4" of lift.

You'll find that most people don't actually know how much lift they have. Even if they say "hey, I put new coils in and my jeep is 3.5" higher, so I got 3.5" of lift." Well maybe (very common) their stock springs were sagging an inch and they actually got the inch back plus 2.5" of lift.

And as Dirtman noted, unless you are changing shocks or removing bump stop, travel doesn't change.

That a said, I can tell you what more lift will get you. Poor caster angles, increased wear on your driveshafts, potentially poor handling, etc.

It's not useless; I'm curious. We can split hairs about weight, fat drivers, low tire pressure, etc. However, I'm still looking for opinions from actual JK owners with the aforementioned set-up, and pictures if available, to help me decide what I'm going to do. I already mentioned I'm going with the shocks as well.
All that being said, thank you for the feedback.

Here's mine. I have 33" Duratrac's (295x65r18) with a Rubicon Express 2.5" coil lift with mono tube shocks. I put 3/4" Daystar spacers on the front to support the XRC bumper and winch. I have the XRC rear bumper as well, but it didn't need additional spacers to level it.

Nice. That's what I'm after - enough room in the fender well for travel without it looking awkward.

That's a great looking Jeep.

I am very happy with my Teraflex 2.5 spring and shock kit. I am running stock tires and think it looks fine (for now). I did just order AEV geometry correction brackets to reduce flighty steering and brake dive.

Thanks! I was in the same boat as you...had a leveling kit and wanted a little more but wanted to stay with 33" tires. Plus, I knew I wanted to add a front bumper and winch...2.5" was perfect! I couldn't be happier! Good luck!

If you hit the back arrow a couple time til you get to the main menu, then scroll down an inch or two, you might see the Show & Tell area. In there, you will find huge threads on any combination you can think of. Like 2.5" lifts with stock tires, or 2.5" with 33's, or 2.5" with 35's. Or only green JK's. Or yellow or red. Red with 35's. etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. It's all there, you just have to find it.

For thoughts/concerns/ideas - learn what the various components do, which components come with the kit you are buying, and get a handle on any problems that may arise because of the added height or missing components.
