It's really hard to tell from a single video. I would suggest you start a new thread as there are some folks that won't dig through an older long thread. If you can specify general area of jeep (front/back, passenger/driver side) and when it happens (just bumpy road?) it helps. I'd guess just from the bumpy road description I'd be checking things like shock bolts, but this could be a heat shield rattling around too. Just hard to tell on one single video with no much info. I do see from your profile it looks like a stock suspension.
