Is the vehicle drifting/wandering on the road. Or is the body "swaying" over the wheels. Terminology question..

he has uneven tire wear too... this is like his 4th thread on the same thing.
Caster doesn't affect tire well, gives more stability as far as steering goes. Will not affect body roll at all. I don't think any of those readings are doing to cause excessive tire wear. They are fairly dialed in besides the front camber. But you cant do anything about that (bent axle/C?)

when my rear axle was not centered, this happen to me. but also with over inflated tires or tires inflated to max psi can cause the jeep to follow the grooves or wear patterns in the road and casue the excessive or uneven wear on tires

underinflated= wear on outside and inside edges
overinflated= wear in center
just right= even wear across the tire

i took the jeep for a ride and it is way diffrent. Before i had the front adjustable track bar and rear relocation bracket fitted, there was no swaying from side to side. It feels like the one tyre is smaller than the other. The tyres are all the same psi. Could there be somthing wrong with a coil? But surely you would see this when the jeep is parked on a level surfaface? Its like one tyre is flat and the other 3 are not.

Sound like when you drive with the swaybar disconnected. the front end rocks like a motorboat and the rear end follows.

well, using deductive thinking, id say something is out of wack with the new rear bracket or the front adj track bar. since it was fine before and not fine afterwards, id start there and readjust and check for proper install

one other qusestion, is your jeep actually sagging or uneven on any side or any corner of the jeep

I'm FAR from an expert but I had a simular thing with my jeep after adding my 35's and a 1.75" coil boost to my 2" OME lift. I wasn't real happy by far.
I think you are feeling a wander more than a roll.
My settings after the coil lift and tires:

Front Left
Camber -0.54
caster 2.01
toe 0.07

Front right
camber -0.60
caster 1.78
toe 0.04

After I installed rear adjustable uppers and front adjustable lowers. (I also installed front and rear adj track bars between these two allighnments but they didn't make a huge differance in the feel)

Front left
camber -0.60
caster 4.36
toe 0.05

Front right
camber -0.57
caster 4.26
toe 0.05

Now I don't even know how all this stuff works but I do know that after my changes it is like driving a NEW RIG !!! I would say that caster thing is huge.

My jeep is not sagging. How do i know the rear track bar and front track bar was fitted and adjusted correctly?

i also fitted new rear swaybar links and moved the old rear ones to the front. Not sure if that changes anything?

Is your e-disco functioning properly? Sounds like it could be stuck open.
