After doing some reading, it looks like 1" or less spacers would allow too much stud to stock through and prevent the wheel from sitting flush.

Teraflex does make some 1.25" steel spacers that allow just a little bit of stud to stick through, which is clearanced by the dimples between the stud holes in the back of the stock wheels.

I have done some searching and cannot find much/any threads on the Teraflex wheel spacers. Anyone have any experience with them? The biggest difference I see is they are steel instead of aluminum...

Im running with the spacers for about a month and my fenders still in great shape
If that is the only thing holding you back from getting them , wait no longer , go for it
Formula51 is actually talking about rocks thrown everywhere because of those tires being more out...

Exactly. I ended up going with 275 duratracs and they fit great without wheel spacers. Only the slightest rub on the sway bar at full lock.

i had 35 12.50s on my Sahara for 4 years and the fenders looked fine till the day i traded it in....i always thought if the did get to looking bad i would take them off and get them Rhino coated as ive always liked the off set of the black fenders
