Default Teraflex Sliders

Now that I finally got them, they are very nice. If you got them recently or are considering getting them, I highly recommend. I will get pictures soon.

One warning. Installation instructions are almost worthless.

Mark holes very precisely, like with an awl.

Pilot drill to make sure you get center, there is no forgiveness. The sert tool that comes with them will work great if you use any kink of lubricant, they don't tell you that. Also, use and impact wrench (carefully) to install the serts. This will keep them nice and straight.

I am pretty carefull and have plenty of tools. I still had to make a trip to true value to get a new bolt for the sert tool and a couple more stainless bolts.

The lock washers are not for the side bolts.

The instructions tell you none of this.

Still worth the nearly six month wait.

Sorry its dirty, but here is how they look. The stainless steel button head bolts look nice, but there is no room for error on the drilling.

They kinka make it look like an old 30's car running board.

There is enough room to use it as a step, but I need to rhino line them or put traction tape.

Did you have to cut/modify the front flare? Or does the slider fit right underneath it. Thanks for the pics....
