Default Time to regear, What to do?

2010 2dr, 3.73 6speed, 35" KM2s and 2.5" TF Coil Lift...mostly local driving, little hwy use and minimal off-road. I can get by with current setup but I just want to get back near factory power. I doubt I'll be upgrading to 37" tires anytime soon but you never know a few years from now.

4.56 or 4.88? What brand of gears? Best place to purchase? Thanks.

I have an auto and I chose a ratio that you didn't mention, everyone has a personal preference.

Recommended for running 35s with a 6-speed would be 4.88s (5.13s for a similar setup on an automatic). For brand and place to purchase from, get with David and he'll be able to hook you up. Most use Yukon or Superiors I believe.

Everybody I know that has 35’s, automatics and 4.88 are happy. That includes me. 4.88 with 35’2 are great if you drive it a lot on the highway and lower than stock gearing.

5:13 or 5:38's if you ever think your gonna make the jump to 37's. If you check out the chart there is not much of a difference of RPM's at 70MPH. So you really can go either way.

Honestly I can never get so much of regearing topics because I am in the process of getting them too and I always love to hear different opinions and why they pick the gears they do. It's a big decision for all jeepers and a mod that definately needs to be done. I am personally leaning towards 5.13. I have an automatic with 35' and a 2.5 inch lift.
