Do to some expressed interest from the forum, I'm thinking about offering a DIY bumper kit.
Offer a 48" wide bent 3/16" bare steel plate that would have the following cut outs:
- Frame mount holes
- Winch Mount holes
- Fairlead Mount holes and cutout
- Cross member supports and holes (bar that is located beneath the bumper)
CNC laser cut. .25" radius 95 degree CNC bend.
You would have to design the end caps and top. A 48" width would be large enough to mount fog lights on the outside of the frame rails, or you could cut it down to a smaller width for more of a stubby type of design.
I'd plan to sell this kit for $125 plus shipping
