I believe you have to have at least 3 tires rotating in order for the system to work.

I recently put on new rims and tires. Big O told me that I had to changed the sensors in my rims. They costs about ten bucks each. I did so on all five rims. No light problems at all.

Crap! That's a major rip-off! Especially when there's nothing wrong with the originals!

That's back to better than a pretty good deal - that's a steal! Unless that's just the labor and o-rings for moving them to the new wheels. Then it's not necessarily a rip-off, but $16 a wheel for moving the sensors seems a tad high.

OK. No way. Ten bucks each? New?? Really??? Check around for the current cost. Wholesale ain't anywhere near $10. Maybe these are very cheap Chinese lead-filled, melamine-laced, patent-infringement paper-mache copies. I suspect you got "new" existing ones transferred over for ten bucks.

Well, I went for a drive out of the city this weekend, and sure enough the TPMS light finally came on.
Enjoyed not having it for the couple weeks it lasted, lol.
Now I gotta get used to it (for a while) I guess.

Turn them off with a procal or a superchip!
Turned mine off yesterday, didn't want the TMPS in the new tires.
