TR and stabilizer clearance issues
Have a '14 JKUR with the stock front D44 with the stock tie rid and a Poison Spider diff cover. At full turn I have about a 1/16 space from the TR and cover. I want to relocate my steering stabilizer. Anyone having any clearance issues running aftermarket Tie rods and relocated stabilizer with the poison spider diff cover? If so, what cover are you using now, or what TR and stabilizer relocation bracket and hardware are you using.
Our 2.5 ton tie rod will clear the PSC diff cover and does not require larger wheels or adapters. It also does not require any reaming of the knuckles. Strongest tie rod on the market. We sell a PSC clamp for $55 for the tie rod. Forum members get 10% and free shipping. In the steering write-up below, PsychoCupcake runs our tie rod with the setup you are talking about. Maybe she can chime in on it.

This may be a useful tidbit of info: I had clearance problems with my aftermarket tie rod and relocated aftermarket stabilizer. So moved stabilizer from tie rod to drag link. It provides the same utility, but now doesn't get banged up on the tie rod. Tolerances are close and there's a lot moving around down there, so it did take some trial and error to get it all working well.
As Fusion mentioned, I'm running their tie rod and drag link with the Poison Spyder diff cover and stock steering stabilizer. Mine is not relocated, but I'm using the 1.75" PSC tie rod clamp.
First I'll say that I'm surprised about your lack of clearance with the stock tie rod, as I had that same setup for years and never felt like the clearance was that tight.
My current setup has zero clearance issues and as you can see, the tie rod clamp is mounted plenty far away from the diff cover, so there are no interference issues even when flexed or turning. The guy that did the other write up also has a PS diff cover but doesn't look like he's running a steering stabilizer or ram yet.
If you are considering an aftermarket tie rod, go with Fusion. Since their setup has hit the market, I see no reason to go with anything else. Even had fellow wheeling buddies ditch other "heavy duty" tie rods in favor of Fusion's.

Any chance you could take a measurement from TR to diff cover with wheel turned? I'm most likely going with the Fusion TR , I want to make sure I have the clearance with my stabilizer relocated.
