Trouble with quick disconnects...
I got a cheap set of Rough Country (mine were free actually) and I love them. Pull the pins and tap it off with a rubber mallet. I only have an issue when I'm reconnecting on uneven ground. I just have somebody hop on the side and bounce if they need too.
If you ever go to the quick disco's you'll never go back

150 for discos or 500 for an anti rock. Lol.
I have JKS and they are not too bad. Rather than lifting up on the bumper, have someone rock your Jeep from the door frame. If you're alone drive the low wheel over a rock.

If you always have wheel chocks with you like I do, it's very easy. Put a single wheel chock down and drive a front wheel onto it, just a couple inches. I can slide my JKS discos back on there without any force at all, no friends needed and no rocking the Jeep
