For 60 bucks from my post earlier? I assume thats what you meant. I deal with a bunch of junkyards a few times a week, got those through LKQ. Do some calling around. The ones I got are complete assemblies, U joint and all. They're ugly, rusty, and cheap, but they'll get me home

I'll keep that in mind, but I might just go with the 4.88s. How much difference would a 4.10 make over the 3.73s? Again, I have light weight 35s and I'm not planning on adding a ton of weight with bady armor all over the place. But getting some power in the sand and towing a light weight trailer is waht has me thinking 4.88 over the 4.10

If you sell the 4.10s, send me a price. Might help my decision haha.

Not sure a jump from 3.73 to 4.10 is worth the cost or effort to change out. Go with the 4.88.

Do you have a manual or auto?

I hope to put 35's on a 2012 JKU without worrying about shafts, gussets, etc etc. Then again it won't see any off roading either so it should be fine.....right?

Unfortunately I have an auto. I soooooo wanted the manual, but I just kinda jumped into it to get rid of my last car ASAP

Its like a roll of the dice my friend sometimes you get lucky sometimes you don't. But in the end its your Jeep and your money. I would put gussets if anything.

I admit I am just interested in the 35's because I prefer how they look over the 33's. However the more and more I read about the issues, or should I say cost , associated with 35's I'm not sure I want to invest that much money into it yet.

Default whats gonna break

im running 37-13.50 m16 on my dana 30. its sleeved, gusseted, locked(arb),with 5.13s and 30 spline cm shafts. all my off road is in the sand but when its dry and the sand is soft seems like my jk becomes the official tow vehicle of the beach. im pulling framed out supper duties with a snatch strap all the time. whats gonna break or you think im good? cant imagine that the underpowered jk spinning in the sand would be as hard on a driveline as rocks. what ya think?
