Went out to Uwharrie over the weekend in my JKU Rubi on 2.5 Teraflex lift and 35x12.5x15s. The only repeated issue I was having was my steering stabilizer bracket on my tierod kept hanging on the rocks on the more extreme lines. I was wondering what I should look into to beef up or highsteer my stuff. I've heard that not much can be done running 15s also heard highsteer on a 2.5 lift would kill my uptravel (currently not running extend bumpstops) but would love to see which options are out there.

 

Just losen your SS bracket and rotate it up above your tie rod

 

That won't affect the other end of the stabilizer? Another question is there a beefier tie rod out there such as Rock Krawler that works with 15 inch wheels?(not sure if the RK one does or not)

 

If you don't find a steering upgrade that will fit the 15's, there are several relo brackets available that let you rotate the stab to the top of the tie rod. $30-$35 or so. At least that will get it up out of harms way.

 

Does anyone know if the Rock Krawler Heavy Duty PRO Tie Rod will fit with 15s? Appears to be there is. Which Tie Rod ends do they use with their Tie Rod?
