Default vibration/wobble...help needed

I have been posting about this for a long time so please forgive me if you are tired of reading it! About a year ago I put an OME HD lift with standard shocks on. I also added front upper control arms, front and rear track bars, and quick disconnects. I then put on Wrangler Duratracs (315/70/17) on Liquid Metal Gatlins (17x9). I had it road force balanced about 5 times and there was still a vibration. I then put on KM2's (35x12.5x17) different ride, same vibration issue. It was a vibration that started at about 45 mph and got worse as speed increased. It also would get stronger and weaker at the same speed (undulating if you will). It was suggested that it might be my driveshaft. Had that checked. Driveshaft was fine. They had it up on the rack at 60 mph and showed me my rear passenger wheel was wobbling. They said it was a bent wheel. So back to tire shop.

They check and balanced all 5 tires and said none were bent and said they were fine. Switched out the spare with the rear passenger tire. Vibrations seemed to be less, but still there. So, I thought that it had to be the axle shaft. Bought new and replaced both rear axle shafts. Vibration still there.

This vibration is not horrible and I know that I am being picky, but it really bothers me! I feel it in the wheel and in the seat. Since it was the second set of new tires, I thought it had to be the wheels. So I swapped out my friend's 33 stock rubi tires and wheels. Still there!

I am open to any and all suggestions. I am running at 27 psi by the way. Thanks in advance.

Going through the same problem. I think my d30 is bent. I retorque everything. I rotated the tire seamed to help also have rebalanced the tires a couple of times. Each time helps. Still after a couple of days it comes back.

When you say the driveshafts were looked at, did you remove the rear driveshaft and drive with the 4WD engaged (essentially front WD) to see if it went away?

Did you do the same thing with the front (remove it and drive to see if it goes away)?
No I did not do those things. Thanks for the suggestions. I will do them all! Thank you!

I have similar vibrations on my jeep @ 65 MPH +. But anythying under that it isn't really noticeable. I replaced a broken front axle with a D30 Chrom alloy. I have a full Teraflex long arm suspension lift etc. But anything like 60 MPH and down no vibratoin really. But here is what is so crazy I think my vibration is mainly from the weight bags in my tires not being distributed evenly. I was told from the place that mounted the tires onto my rims that anything around 35" tires you can't balance via lead tire weights. But the best way to do it was to use "weight bags" by their explanation it was small bags of beads that auto spread around while driving to "always keep the tires balanced."

So to recap sometimes my jeep vibration is pretty noticeable other times @ the same exact speed same day it is almost non existant.

Any thoughts on my issue?

P.S. @ The (OP) Are your tires balanced via bags or lead tire weights, or are they weight stickers on the inside?

Increase that psi, not all tires run good with that low of Psi.

Tires can be balanced by weight. It is sometimes more difficult, but it can be done. Large, knobby offroad tires can go in balance and out of balance very quickly. I have a vibe as well, and I imagine a bunch of folks have them. Sometimes the vibe/shake can be due to the lugs smacking the road. Its frustrating but youll figure it out.
