Default Warn 9.5ti winch

I bought my JK with a broken winch. Does anyone have spare parts for the Warn 9.5ti? If I can't get it fixed I might have to sell it for parts.

I have 9.5ti's on all my vehicles and have never had any issues! And warn is awesome about helping out with problems.

The only reason I own Superwinches now is because of crap like this from Warn. Lots happier with the Superwinch than ever was with the Warns. Lots of advertisement and not support for me over the past 45 years.

I bought my 9.5ti used from a forum member and UPS broke it. I went to a Warn service center and they took care of it for me and turned an unpleasant experience into a good experience. I have also used Warn winches at work for various things and will always recommend Warn over anything else.

Likewise. We have a lot of Warn 16.5's on work trucks and those babies rock! Never had an issue with any of ours. I just got the 9.5si for the Jeep so I'll be playing with that to see how it works next...

I own a Superwinch EPi 9.0 but I don't have anything bad to say about Warn. I have not seen a 9.5ti broken. I think you should at least give a local dealer the opportunity to fix it. I think the winch is high quality and worth the trouble to at least test the customer support. If you don't get the kind of support you want then take your dollars somewhere else.

I like to buy American, so the Superwinch is out. Anyone have any experience with todays Ramsey winches? I've used their 20+ year old winches for ever.
