I have had nothing but great customer service from Warn, I really cant say enough about how they have helped me on my powerplant.

I'm sure Warn has outstanding service... but mine was broke from an accident. That is why I'm looking for someone's old one. I just need the shell.

I had a 9.5ti on my TJ. It was problem free from day one and always worked when needed. I have also had the xp version on another TJ and it performed flawless also. A little faster than the ti. I can't speak about their customer service because I never needed it.

We have 3 winches in our work fleet, a 9000 lb mile marker hydraulic, a warn 9.5ti and a superwinch x9. The mile marker and the superwinch have pulled out countless vehicles, and the warn broke on its first pull. Warn said SOL buy a new motor for it. P.S. Mile Marker electric winches really suck!

By the way I see that everyone rides powerline R/w....which is funny since that what I do for work!

No luck on either craigslist or e-bay. This is one tough winch since no one has a broken one.

Only the low end Superwinches (like mine) are made in China..the EPi9 is US Made as far as I know

The only problem on my Warn Ti was cosmetic

Had it on the last Jeep for 4 years so did a little reconditioning and upgraded to synthetic line...good for another 4 years I hope.

Ok, somehow I've misplaced my directions on the day I'm going to install my 9.5si. I'm guessing it's the same process. Is it really as simple as running the red and black to the battery and connecting them to positive and negative? That's it?

Well obviously you've got to bolt it down, etc but I'm talking about getting it powered up. Thanks.
