4" of lift and stock control arms. Sounds like there might be more to your vibration that the tires. Your caster and pinion angle are way out of whack with that setup. You either need adjustable control arms or geometry correction brackets. And as others will likely chime in, with 4" of lift you should consider hi steer. Does your steering feel flighty?
