i sealed mine shut with a "mush-able metal" filler i found at home depot

I bent mine in with a rubber mallet and haven't had any problems.

I filled mine with RTV. I had a thread started asking about fillers https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...ch-Seem-Filler And make sure you cut enough of it. My initial cut was a small one and hitting dips in town I now have some grooves in the treads of my tires.

Thanks for the help guys. Cut the seems off today and Bedlined the cuts. Looms good.
