Default What an improvement!

I finally got around to putting on my Rock Krawler High Clearance LCA's and what an improvement! I was completely happy with my lift (TF 2.5) and the way it drove. It would get a little touchy and in a crosswind it was a bit of a chore to drive it. Now, it is almost as if there is no lift. Straight and true and without any effort. I adjusted them to 23 1/8" and it is just right. Installation was simple and took about an hour, and that is because I was looking for tools (jack stands......). My son helped lining up front bolt while I adjusted the axle to where it needed to be and that was it!

One thing I continue to be amazed by, is the different in quality of stock parts and aftermarket parts. These are probably 50% heavier, beefier for sure and nicely finished. Well worth the effort and money!

I found the same thing, basically I didn't know what I was missing with those adjustable LCA's as well. Really made the Jeep feel like stock again.

I know you asked the other poster, but I did front LCA's, it really feels like stock again, no twitchiness.

Same lift and the same distance - 23 1/8.. works great and wow a night and day difference. You only needed front LCA's set to approx 23-23 3/8. I have read some offset the length due to help with pulling to the right.. Only difference is TF vs RK..

I don’t think it really matters what brand, well, make sure it is reputable..., but it is a noticeable difference! I read here that some guys have them set from 22 7/8 to 23 5/8. According to RK, they recommended to start at 23 1/8 which turned out to be right on. I tried it a little less (one turn) and it just seemed better at 23 1/8”. Take the time to give each a try and of course follow what the manufacturer suggests. Of course you can also listen to all of us here

It really will! Of course, you are probably really going to the like the 3.5" X Factor
