Install the lift.

If you rub, put the stock links back on until you get new rims or spacers. (or just skip the new links until then...) Doesn't seem like that big of a deal...

I just installed the teraflex 2.5" budget boost with shock adapters a month ago. I have the stock wheels with 285/70-17 tires and no spacers. I installed the new links inside the swaybar as in the directions. The only time the swaybar will rub on the tire is when the rear axle is fully extended. I did test it out flexing the jk on a small berm and also lifted the rear of the jk with a hilo at work. I do plan on getting spacers but for everyday driving, there is no rubbing.

I have a 2.5" BB with stock rims and 285/75/17 Toyo MTs and no rub on rear links installed on the inside. Only issue I have is rubbing from the front wheels at full lock but you wont have that problem with stock tires.

Good info here. I too have the 2.5 bb. Maybe 275/65/R17 will not rub at full lock?

No it shouldn't I ran the stock tires for a while after the lift and had no issues.
If for some reason they do you can adjust the steering lock using a couple of washers.

Heres the write up for how to do it but again you shouldn't have to with stock
tires.
