Wheel spacers need help!!
Wheel spacers and tire companies are hit and miss. Discount tire here in San Diego will mount your tires on whatever is already there so they may not put spacers on for you but if they are on your vehicle when you pull it in they wont decline to install your tires. This may also be store specific. For instance if you ask discount tire on the forum if they will install 37's on your stock rim they will say no, but take it to a store and most will. No wheel shop I have ever dealt with paid it any mind and they certainly don't care what brand spacer you have on, if the spacer is an issue for them its spacers not specific brands of spacers. If this is an issue take it someplace else problem solved.
I'm not discouraging anyone for paying over double the price for a piece of metal if that makes you feel warm and fuzzy I'm just saying plenty of people spend 80 bucks and have years of happy service. In the end we make our own decisions for our own reasons and hopefully it is the right decision for us individually. I'm perfectly happy.

I asked myself the same question... and bought the Rough Country spacers. Between Rough Country, Poison Spyder, and Spidertrax I don't think you can go wrong. Installation is going to be the same with each and, like previously stated, extremely important to do it correctly.
I wouldn't buy rough country for the sole fact that rough country has a history of selling an inferior product. I know they state its 6061 and includes grade 8 hardware, but that reputation certainly influences my decision.
In all honesty, as long as they are hubcentric and claim to be made from quality materials, you will probably be fine.

Gonna quote Tommy Boy here.. Why do they put a guarantee on the box? Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of shit.
I only bring that up because theres no such thing as a slight break on a wheel spacer. Its more like a catastrophic failure. More often than not, it is the owners fault for not maintaining and inspecting them, but I still don't take comfort in a guarantee like that.
Thats just the bitter old man in me talking.
