You may try contacting Spidertrax, I just purchased a set of 4 NEW 1.5" (blemished) wheel spacers directly from them for $138. Comes with warranty etc.

Installed rough country wheel spacers 1.5" and so far so good here's the stock tires and rims putting on the 295s tomorrow.
