Poison Spyder sells LED backup lamps that fit perfectly. I wired mine into my factory fog lamp harness and they look awsome. Not much lighting for on road use, but if you do alot of night wheeling like me, it adds alot of light coverage for the first 8 feet in front of your tires.

They don't look exactly like that picture, they have clear lenses with no difuser lines.

What do you do for running lights?

I didn't realize you meant the holes on the stinger itself. I thought you were talking about the 5 across the bottom. I use those 2 6-pack lights on the corners of the bumper for the running lights. I have also since this picture added HID headlights that have a LED halo around them that I use for running lights also.

I actually like how you placed lights in the bottom holes and may try that too.
I take it the 6 packs are not too bright for oncoming traffic?

Not at all, they are spots so I just angled them down and toward the center a little, just like the headlamps. Since then I have also done an HID projector headlamp assembly and I still have yet to get flashed by anyone with the 6packs and headlamps running.
