As far as going off road stock fenders will not work unless you trim them. I am actaully doing 1 inch spacers so i will be up 4.5 inch and new bumpers im really tring to keep the stock fenders

Maybe Matt5Gt will chime in. He just sold his '12 JKU. He was running 37" Nittos on Pintler wheels with a 3" Full Traction lift. Oh, and cut fenders. And for the record, it saw plenty of off road time. He's on you tube at the Gulches if you want to check it out.

you have lots of options to get to 37's... pinch seam is the biggest issue so get that chopped off and you can mount the 37's, then you can start flexing it at low speed to see where you rub and address it. You have many options from a small body lift, to flat flares to bumpstops or some combination but you won't know whats best until you get some 37's on to see which direction you want to go.
edit just saw you don't want to change your fenders... I would start thinking body lift or bump stops

thats exactly what i want a 3.5in lift with 37's. What other mods do u need like gears? drivetrain? etc? Im mostly doing on road and mybe 10% off road

The biggest problem you will have is the pinch seam in front of the back tires. You will have to cut that or you won't even be able to mount them. The factory fenders will definatly rub as well. If you plan on wheeling it you will need to get new ones, or cut the stock ones. I come close to rubbing at full flex with 35s and mine have already been cut. This is where the bumpstops come in. They will prevent you from rubbing with cut or aftermarket fenders. Finally, you will want to look at a regear. Your Jeep was built to run on a 32.06" tire. Going to a 37" will ruin any acceleration or gas millage you have. Regearing will help to bring this back into a resonable range.

Don't forget to buy the outer C gussets. You don't want to spend all that money on wheels and tires, and everything else you will need to clear those big tires and the first time you go out wheeling you will bend the outer C's. Its cheap and easy to weld on.
