The biggest problem you will have is the pinch seam in front of the back tires. You will have to cut that or you won't even be able to mount them. The factory fenders will definatly rub as well. If you plan on wheeling it you will need to get new ones, or cut the stock ones. I come close to rubbing at full flex with 35s and mine have already been cut. This is where the bumpstops come in. They will prevent you from rubbing with cut or aftermarket fenders. Finally, you will want to look at a regear. Your Jeep was built to run on a 32.06" tire. Going to a 37" will ruin any acceleration or gas millage you have. Regearing will help to bring this back into a resonable range.
Other than that you should be good.

more important than the lift to clear them is having the axles and steering to run them...i would really do my homework on these things first if i were you ....good luck with your build

i think alot of guys exaggerate the 37 issue. truth is man if ur just wanting to sport 37s on the road u should be fine, but if ur gonna hit the trails then u need to do a lil more research and u will see that there are a few must have mods. if u already have the lift u can always add some coil spacers for cheap or a body lift to get cheap clearance
