I have 33x12.50 r20 on my stock suspension no clearance issues until I had a lot of cargo in the back and was on a bumpy road. Rear tires rubbed in the wheel well. Will coil spacers help this issue???

I would think so. It was simple easy to do, but I have the towing package rear springs.

What spacers did you use for the wheels?

Also, do you have pics from the front or back that show how far the wheels were moved out from stock?

Thanks,
Dwight
Hi Dwight.
I can get a pic later today. The wheel spacers I used were some RC brands I got off a Colorado Forum member here. Not as good as the Spydertrax, but will serve my purpose until I can get some new wheels.

I can tell you the wheels are now flush with the outside of the factory flares.

X2 here. I've run wheel spacers for 12 years on my TJ and 4 years on my JKU. I put them on, red lock tite'd them and never had to do anything else. Remember that if you get in there and re-tighten them, you defeat the red lock tite's purpose. - and you should use the lock tite again..

You know that ls what I've what been wondering about, I just inspect them once and a while but never put a torque wrench to them for that reason. I'll jack it up every so often as well.

Why bother with the spacers until you get the bigger tires? I have the leveling kit and ran that with the stock Rubi tires until yesterday when I got 35s. Then I put spacers in and it works great with the new tires on the stock rims. I just like the look of the stock Rubi rims so decided to keep them. Looks great to me.
