Did you check for stuck mud or debris on the inside of the wheels? This will definitely cause these symptoms. It honestly doesn't take much to throw them off balance.

Well we started with the ball joints, those were good, tie rod good, took the front DS off and still had the wobble so we counted that out. Track bar good, messed around with the toe setting and got the front tires re balanced and the wobble is gone.

It doesn't make sense because the wobble started 2 weeks ago when I had 35s. Went and got them re balanced and the wobble was still there. then, a week ago i Switched to 37" MTRKevlars had those balanced and the wobble got worse. So I figured it couldn't be a balance issue. If I've had 2 balances in 2 weeks.

At discount tire this morning they said sand bags were previously used and the tires were way off balance. So they used lead weights for balancing and we adjusted the toe and now it's gone. I did feel the wobble after the toe adjustment just not as bad. Then after the balance it was gone completely.

So I'm thinking a combination of the two eliminated the problem. Either way we got it fixed and I'm pumped to wheel this Sunday!!

Yup. Their only 11 lbs heavier than my old 35" duratracs and the 30 has held up fine for the last year through Moab, and wheeling here I'm CO every weekend. Once it goes I can get ahold of a 44 pretty fast so well see how long it lasts. At 71 lbs that's pretty light for a 37. It's actually in the same weight category as most 35s!
