Nope, you didn't miss it... my living room is full of Jeep stuff! I haven't really had a chance to get together with my mechanic friend, and I don't have the know-how or tools to do most of it on my own, so the parts are just sitting for now. I've been recouping from surgery, too, which has set me back a few weeks.

It'll happen this year, though, even if I end up having to pay some shop to do the work (which is a last resort for me - I want to learn how to do it myself!).

Oh, and you may have gotten the 1000th reply, but I got the 1000th post.

Well, you've got a lot more patience that I do. I'm bringing the beast down to Dr Wheels this week - everything has arrived 'cept the gears, so I'll be re-fitted in time for the 4th!
I'd love the hang out there and watch'n'learn, but work and kids get in the way.

So my Jeep will officially be gone tomorrow. To help ease the pain I picked up the new car today after work. Say hello to Zelda

350z. I love it. Going for the test drive the dealer said, "there is a lot of road noise and it will be a rough ride because its a sports car." I really had a hard time not laughing coming from the jeep. Although, I think I may have tracked a YJ for the winter/trail rig space in my life Either way John (chopper) offered me a spot in his jeep for trail rides so I will still be around.

In the Mass thread we are trying to get a ride for the July 20th so we should all go... Who cares who started it. I know it will more than likely be Tolland.
