Smoke? Or steam? Any odors? Have you lifted the hood to narrow the location of the source?

I'm not over heating I only went up the street and when I parked the grill was smoking. No smell, it's completely odorless

Was it raining? sounds kinda like moisture steaming off the hot radiator?

The air is heated by the radiator, and as it wafts into the cooler air when you stop moving, the moisture in it condenses and looks like smoke.
It can happen only when the fan is not running.

Yep, what ronjenx said. The radiator is extremely close to the grill unlike most cars and you will notice it's those cool damp days that will do it every time.
