Default hola from SoCal

Hi, my name is Ed, and I'm addicted to working on my car. I mean owning Jeeps. My 07 JK is my third Jeep, not including the 78 CJ and 79 J10 my dad owned when I was a kid.
I had a 77 J10 which I sold and purchased a 87 chero which I then bastard lifted 3", added a WJ(I think) brake booster, 31" BFG AT KOs, aussie locker, and a custom light bar to hold 2 6" KC floods and one 6" KC spot beam.
The JK was intended to be a DD primarily and the chero is my trail rig. However, I'm more than curious to see what this little baby can do and am looking forward to making new friends here.
so... hi.

Hi Ed! Did you get a 2DR or 4DR? You're going to love the way the JK handles on the trails! Come join us on a run.

It's a 2 door. I love watching my kids struggle to get in and out every day.
really haven't taken many pics of it but here's one from the day I brought it home using my cell phone.

Welcome to the forums. Your JK is very capable on the trails, even stock. From the sounds of it, you won't keep it that way for long (even as a DD). Hope to see ya on the trails...

you will for sure. I'm def interested in doing more runs. the naxja crowd seems to meet less frequently and are into hard core runs which I haven't tried yet, for budget reasons previously stated. I can't afford to break stuff yet.

I love the red too.
but HATE the wind noise w/top up and the fact the dealer I got this from (used) lost the rear window hardware. Still trying to get them to get that for me now.
