Welcome! What's your end goal? I have 35's with wheels, lift and beefed up front axle for under $2000. That doesn't include upgrading transfer case or regear coming down the road. There are lots of cheap/ free things you can do. Cutting bumpers and flares is a big one

Surf the low cost/free mods thread and when you start your build I would go with 4wd and north ridge 4x4. They have the best pricing and free shipping. I believe Quadratec offers us forum members free shipping, but you have to PM a rep to get it. Also check out forgedoffroad.com and mention my screen name and you will get a discount.

35's and a budget boost is a great way to do that. Mines also a daily driver, only vehicle. If you don't want to go bigger than 35, 15" wheels are a great way to make tires a lot cheaper

Nope. It does the exact same thing as a suspension lift. Difference is, it uses polyurethane spacers that sit on top of stock coil springs instead of using new longer coils.
A body lift only raises the tub and body of the jeep, and does gain you any clearance for offloading. Just allows bigger tires
