Will likely need coils and bump stops only, the fox shocks seem to be in good condition, and don't need rebuilding at this very moment. I am however also looking at getting the JKS adjustable lowers to make up for the added angle when I do get the new lift. I looked at metalcoak (I'm saving up for the over line kit) and their 3.5 with 6 packs is unfortunately not in the budget yet. If I dropped that kind of cash I would just weld in a coil over kit.

You will spend more money on the bump stops than a good set of coils but that sure makes it a lot easier just going with coils. I am running rock krawler triple rate springs and have been quite pleased with them. The JKS lowers is a solid investment and will help dial in the front caster angle and help save front drive shaft.

I have never had an issue getting to my DC zerk with a basic Lincoln needle fitting....even with skids in place. It's tight but doable. Having front hub conversion makes it a little easier for me since i can freely spin the DS. Sixty is on MC 2.5" lift as well, like you with your 2dr, so I would think you should be able to get at it if the DS was in the right orientation.

Seizer - this i what I use to grease zerks with. Bit awkward on a creeper but manage to hold it against the little ball stop in the zerk and pump at same time.

That is one of the styles I have. I’ll try it again next time, but it’s like the flat zerk ball resists any pressure unless on it perfectly squared up.

that is what i use too, but on a flexible line. i typically go in with the head at a slight angle and slide the ball out of the way......but that's just how she likes it.

Thank you for the suggestion on the springs I will look into those to suffice for now. I do plan on doing a weld in coilover eventually but the only person I trust to weld on my rig currently lives in Vegas and isn't moving back east until next year so that will be a save up job.
