Let me know, we are up for anything.
I WILL be there. Let me know your schedule. Are you up for a night run in?

I've been on the trail probably 50 times, so I have no problems with a night run. Just remember that the trail will be more interesting at night!

I'm tentively planning on rafting the Forks of the Kern July 22, so would have to drive across I-80 around than anyway! May be able to make it work for a few days!

Please disreguard everything I have said/posted. I miss-read the thread. My club will be up there JUNE 18-20! I will be on the trail at night during June 18th.
Sorry for all the inaccurate posts - I just got excited about a Rubicon run! I'll follow up for the July run too. Depending on your pace schedule, I could probably still do a day run with you guys!

Again, sorry for my lack of detail here with my response.

If you run the trail after either of the jamborees, you could do it with a stock JK. Otherwise you'd need a strap and at least one locker - or you'll be holding your group back.

I have the 19th and 20th off, so I could get there on Sunday morning or maybe Saturday night. The only problem is that I have never been to the trail, so I don't know where to go.
Does somebody want to meet somewhere and head up together? I live just out of Auburn, 6 miles from the I-80. PM me if you're interested!
Looking at the calender, this would give me a day and half to prep. So,i to will plan to leave on this date,19July.goona check out some rock lights.

I will still try to make at least a day run out of it. I'll know more in a few weeks.

I'd still get rock lights! You never know when you may need them.

I wasn't looking very well! I was talking about the 19th of June! Dude, I'm a bonehead! Anyway, I only have July 17th & 18th and the 21st off on that week!
My big week off is July 8th through the 12th, so I'll be on the trail come rain or shine or dead of night or bears that eat through my soft top!
