In the travel books, they say mountain biking is becoming more of an attraction than the snow. Check this out, helmet cam videos of some of the trails.

I have a Specialized Rockhopper CompDisc & ride it all the time when I'm home! But lately my gears are slipping & takes forever for it switch gears... I'm pretty good at fixing things, but not sure how to fix this. Any advice or just take it to my bike shop & let fix it?
