Yes especially if you take the hike up to the Sub-peak...just epic!

A few more from today....I had my camera to take a few pictures of my little guys accent to the Sub-peak close to 8000ft. Just another epic day, with pow and sunshine! My little 6 year old tagged along again....he just can't get enough of the sub-peak and steep bowls!

Default Copper Mountain

Leaving for Copper Mtn in a week. (got a friend working there that I'm gonna crash with for free) Anyone know of good deals to get to other resorts that are nearby to ski for a single day? I also have access to a timeshare about 15 miles north of Winter Park if I chose to stay there for a night or two.

Thanks for the link. Leaving out tomorrow, stopping in Tulsa for the night to stay with a friend, then on to Copper Sunday morning. Think I'll be able to get a volunteer job that gets me a free place to stay and season pass. Hope the jeep handles the 1000 miles ok. Any jeepers in the area hit me up and let's hit the snow.

Sweet I just came back from Copper it was my favorite mountain in the area. I also recommend A Basin Mtn. I went to Breckenridge and Keystone and they are very family friendly mountians, not really good for serious shredding. Have fun.

I'm headed to Wolf Creek next Friday. Staying in Pagosa Springs. I can't wait to go. I had to put my atomics up for 2 years after only 1 season on them because of a broken leg and 8 torn ligaments in my ankle.
